01 / Current Australian product
LS300 modular underfloor heating.
A prefabricated electric module designed to fit into a planned floor build-up. The system is arranged by room or zone, with dedicated connection harnesses and compatible thermostat controls.
Graphene electric heating film
A modular layer beneath the finish.
The LS300 combines a graphene heating film with an aluminium heat distribution layer and flame-retardant, self-extinguishing EPP foam board. Layout and floor construction are checked before the final system is specified.
Zoned controlRoom-by-room temperature control using the compatible thermostat and wiring centre.
Low-profile panelDesigned for projects where floor build-up height needs careful planning.
Dry or wet-lay optionsFollow the selected assembly and the current installation manual.
Project layout supportProvide floor plans for a module and zone layout discussion.

02 / Product benefits
Designed around the floor.
LS300 combines a low-profile modular panel, graphene heating film and zoned controls for projects where the floor finish, build-up and installation sequence matter.
Low-profile constructionAt about 20 mm thick, the module can suit projects where floor height is limited. Supplied documents list 20–21.5 mm, so confirm the selected configuration before planning.
Even heat distributionThe graphene heating film and 0.3 mm aluminium distribution layer are designed to spread warmth across the module.
Smart temperature controlZone heating works with compatible thermostats. Wi-Fi control and programmable schedules are available with selected thermostat options.
Integrated protectionThe module is IPX6 rated and includes thermal overheat protection. Electrical connection and commissioning must be completed by a qualified electrician.

04 / Plan your project
Start with the floor plan.
Each project is different. Review the system layout, electrical load, controls and floor finish together before installation.
01 · Share the floor planInclude room use, building details, intended floor finish, fixed furniture and areas that will not be heated.
02 · Design the layout and zonesLEVSON can help plan module positions and zones from the floor plan and heating requirements.
03 · Confirm site requirementsCheck measurements, supply load, controls, floor build-up, installation sequence and applicable Australian requirements.
04 · Review and approveConfirm the final layout and responsibilities with the customer, builder and qualified trades before installation.
Flooring compatibility
Check the selected assembly against the installation manual and flooring manufacturer’s instructions.
Tiles and stoneGood thermal conductivity; use an appropriate approved installation assembly.
Engineered timberSelect flooring approved for underfloor heating and follow its temperature and installation requirements.
SPC flooringUse only when the flooring manufacturer confirms compatibility with the system and floor build-up.
Polished concretePotentially suitable depending on the floor construction and project design.
Carpet and installation: Carpet is generally not recommended because it insulates the floor. LEVSON supplies heating modules and related components; builders and contractors should arrange installation through qualified local trades. Installation assistance may be coordinated through partner teams when required.
Electrical installation and commissioning must be completed by a qualified electrician. Do not drill, nail, overlap or modify heating elements. See the installation and operation manuals for complete instructions.
05 / Warranty
Warranty information, clearly set out.
Coverage begins after the installation passes final acceptance, subject to the full policy terms.
